A33N

The A33N is a purpose designed and developed UAS powertrain solution built to meet all the stringent performance, efficiency, weight, and sound requirements of today’s unmanned aerial platforms. A complete propulsion system is available that integrates a fully calibrated EFI system, a low acoustic signature exhaust system, and a 250W generator.

(A) Powerful

The A33’s tuned cylinder coupled with its low-friction crank train and minimally restrictive exhaust system provide plenty of power for extra payload and aggressive climb situations.

(B) Precise

The A33 features a cylinder manufactured via Power Bed Fusion (PBF). This provides several benefits including extremely low part-to-part variability, geometries that cannot be achieved through casting, and improved material properties.

(C) Durable

The A33 has passed the FAR33 durability profile. This accelerated durability test exercises the engine through a torturous path including long periods of maximum power and large temperature and speed variations.

(D) Robust

Servo controlled cooling duct allows the A33 to operate in a relatively narrow temperature range; providing more efficient operation, improved durability, and allowing lower engine speed during descents.

(E) Compatible

The A33’s mounting flanges and form factor fit easily within the package envelope of most current hobby-level engine installations.

(F) Discrete

The A33’s AXS exhaust system provides an excellent combination of durability, power, and low noise output.
